Club Z is a private, members-only social club for adults. Access to the facility requires a valid membership or day pass, payment of applicable fees, and compliance with all House Rules. Club Z reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
All members and visitors are required to abide by the Club Z House Rules, available in full on the Membership page. Violations may result in immediate removal from the facility and permanent revocation of membership without refund. Management's decisions regarding conduct are final.
Members are required to shower before using the sauna or steam room. Members are expected to use provided health and safety supplies responsibly. Club Z is a drug-free and alcohol-free environment. Members who appear impaired may be refused entry or asked to leave without refund.
Photographing, recording, or live streaming other members or any area of the facility is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in permanent ban and may be reported to law enforcement. We take the privacy and anonymity of our members seriously.
Club Z and Zodiac Social Club shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss of property, theft, or damages of any kind arising from use of the facility or its services. Members use the facility and its amenities at their own risk. Club Z is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Members are advised to secure valuables in provided lockers.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zodiac Social Club dba Club Z, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person.
